Life's questions

Work, direction and the next step

A familiar role, a new offer, a change you have been putting off. Start with what is actually changing.

Name the decision

‘What should I do with my career?’ can hide several different questions. Try naming the decision in front of you: accept an offer, ask for different responsibilities, begin learning, or stay while you gather more information. A deadline and two real options make the conversation more useful.

Bring the practical picture

What would each option change about the work, place, time and responsibilities? Which parts are facts, and which are hopes or fears? You do not need to share employer secrets or another person's identifying information.

Where the chart can fit

Arjun can explain supported traditional chart details and computed periods alongside your question. The conversation should distinguish calculated placements from interpretation. It cannot promise an offer, a promotion or a salary, and an uncertain birth time must remain uncertain.

Leave with something small

Before a big decision, choose one thing you can check: a conversation with the hiring team, a written comparison, or a short trial of the new kind of work. A small reversible step can reveal something a broad forecast cannot.
