Where to look first
Start with the Moon rashi and nakshatra, then the D1 chart. With an exact recorded time, the ascendant places the signs into whole-sign houses. The planet table also shows the D9 division. These are calculated traditional categories; their interpretation is a separate conversation.
A missing time is still a useful starting point
Choose unknown rather than filling in a guess. We calculate possibilities across the local birth date. With an approximate time, we use the range you enter. A single ascendant, house chart and dasha schedule are withheld when the time is uncertain.
What is included
This tool calculates D1, D9, planetary signs and degrees, nakshatra and pada. An exact time also gives a traditional Vimshottari period schedule. It does not calculate matching scores, all sixteen divisions, KP charts or yoga and dosha classifications.
