A quiet session ends after 3 minutes without a message; losing the connection ends it after 60 seconds. Your saved conversations and reports stay available without a running session or a recharge.
Consumed time cannot be restored by refreshing, changing devices or changing the device clock. For a duplicate payment or a service problem, use the support page.
