Guidance, with a defined scope

Simply Panditji combines declared chart calculations with clear explanations. Astrology is a cultural and reflective perspective; it does not establish future events or replace medical, legal or financial decisions. Approximate birth times and calculation boundaries are shown where relevant.

Your account and your permission

Use accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. Each site keeps its own profile and consent. With your permission, that site’s profile and recent conversation are sent through OpenRouter to generate replies. Login and the wallet balance are shared. Read how your information is used.

How paid chat time works

Your account starts with an empty prepaid wallet. Recharge it when you want to chat. The first message opens a session at the displayed rate, fixed for that session. Each started whole minute is charged, including time between messages while connected. End the session when you are done. One session can run across all four sites at a time. A session closes after 3 minutes without a message or 60 seconds without a connection. Reading history, profile tools and saved reports do not start or extend a session. Recharging does not restart a finished session.

There is no recurring subscription. The server controls billing; changing devices, refreshing or changing a browser clock cannot add time. No purchase guarantees an outcome or a particular answer. In an explicitly enabled local demo, mock funds and replies are labelled and stay separate from real-money accounting.

Payment review and refunds

Contact support about duplicate payments, a service problem or an unused wallet balance. Include the order identifier. Consumed time is recorded separately from wallet recharges. Earlier question-pack purchases remain subject to their original policy: Unused paid questions can be requested for a proportional refund. Used questions are normally excluded; duplicate payments and service problems are reviewed individually. A request is reviewed before any money is returned. Approved, pending and disputed amounts temporarily remove the related questions. A failed refund restores those questions.

Razorpay handles the checkout. Never give us a UPI PIN, card password or banking password. Receipts record the payment; they are not presented as tax invoices without the required seller configuration.

Respectful use

Do not use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate, expose private information or bypass another person’s consent. Do not paste credentials or another person’s identifying records. Requests outside the service scope may be declined or narrowed. Check replies and source links before acting on important decisions.

Your data and service choices

You can change a profile, withdraw chat processing permission by saving it again, export a site’s data, clear that site’s personal material or delete the shared account. Saved guidance stays until you clear it or delete your account; payment accounting is held separately for reconciliation. Privacy choices · Help & support
