Your shared account holds your name, email and shared wallet balance. Email sign-in uses a secure password hash; Google sign-in stores the verified Google account identifier. Google-only accounts have no app password. If you choose to sign in while filling a profile, a draft stays in that browser tab for up to 30 minutes so you can review it after signing in. Each site holds its own profile, conversations, reports and small conversation memory. Memory contains this guide's recent topic and computed facts. Adding confirmed birth context keeps useful user statements from this conversation; changing a confirmed birth fact invalidates old calculated context. A guide has access to the profile and recent conversation from its site only.
Conversation memory
To keep context, memory may include up to 10 short screened quotations from your own messages, limited to 4,000 characters in total. These are your statements, not verified facts. With your permission, these quotations are also sent to the response provider alongside your profile and recent conversation.
Screening cannot identify every private detail. Avoid sharing contact or identity details, or someone else's private information.
Replies reuse context only for your account, this site, the selected person and your current profile. Quotations older than 30 days are ignored for replies. Changing your profile or resetting conversation context invalidates reuse of old context. This does not automatically delete readable history. Use the conversation or site-data clearing controls, or account deletion, to remove stored chat and memory.
When you ask a guide
With your permission, this site's profile and recent messages are sent through OpenRouter to generate an automated response. We request providers that do not collect prompt data and support zero data retention. Provider request metadata can still be retained. You can use the profile tools without allowing this processing.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we request only basic identity information to sign you in. We keep its account identifier and email to connect it to your shared account. We do not request access to Drive, Gmail, Calendar or financial data, or retain Google access tokens. Signing out ends sessions on our four sites; it does not sign you out of Google.
Payments
Razorpay handles payment details. We keep order identifiers and payment status for verification. We do not collect card details, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
Optional usage analytics
With your permission, PostHog counts pages and completed steps, bounded failure categories and reply timing using a random browser identifier. We exclude your name, email, chat, birth details, reports, payment details and private URLs. There is no session recording. Change or withdraw permission using Analytics choices at the bottom of this site. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously sent events. Data goes to our US PostHog Cloud project and may be retained for one year on its free plan. These statistics cover consenting browsers only; our server ledger remains the payment record.
Your choices
Open Chat options to review the birth details you have chosen to share, edit or remove them, or change chat permission without completing a chart. You can export or clear this site's profile, conversations, reports and memory here. Account and payment records remain shared.
Shared account settings and recovery are currently in English. Downloaded account data and receipts retain their original records.
