The first message opens a session. Each started minute uses the rate shown for that guide, even between messages. End the session when you are done. You can run one session across all four sites at a time.
A quiet session ends after 3 minutes without a message; losing the connection ends it after 60 seconds. Your saved conversations and reports stay available without a running session or a recharge.
Consumed time cannot be restored by refreshing, changing devices or changing the device clock. For a duplicate payment or a service problem, use the support page.
